Q: What is KKT spinal
care?
A: The most sophisticated non-invasive
medical technology for spinal restoration, and conditioning.

Q: What is the purpose of KKT spinal care?
A: The sole purpose of the spinal correction is to restore the body's structural and
neurological balance, affected by disturbances from the spine and its associated contents.
This restoration reactivates the transmission of healing messages from the brain to the
affected part of the body and vice versa, so that the body's rhythms and natural healing
processes can begin.

Q: Why should I learn about spinal care?
A: Today, more than ever before, Dr. Khan and his team are discovering clear associations
between the spine and its effect on our life and health.
Irreversible damage can occur within a relatively brief period of time when the spine is
compromised, even prior to symptoms appearing. Published research studies recommend proper
spinal care and attention.
Top
Q: How long does the actual KKT treatment take?
A: Once a patient has been through the initial consult/examination/x-rays and report of
findings, follow-up visits take only as long as a routine visit to your doctor (10-15
minutes).
Top
Q: How long before I start
to feel the benefits of the treatments?
A: Some changes are noted immediately after treatment while other are noted in the
subsequent six weeks. Other notable structural changes are observed in the following six to
eight months. Patients who follow the recommended schedule of care will naturally
experience the best outcome.
Top
Q: What does the KKT treatment
feel like?
A: The patient will feel a slight pulse on
the upper neck accompanied by a slight reverberating
sound.
Top
Q: What can I do to protect
or stabilize my treatment?
A: The patient is advised to exercise good posture habits and maintain healthy balanced
positions. It is important to refrain from moving too quickly or sharply, lifting heavy
objects or stretching and reaching abnormally. One should refrain from stressful situations
especially in the first six weeks of care. Depending on the individual, specific
recommendations will be given by the doctor.

Q: Is it appropriate to
consider alternative treatment methods after having
KKT treatments?
A: Often, treatments in physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture and other various medicinal
approaches to health will become more effective once the neuro-musculo skeletal restoration
begins to take effect.

Q: Why is structural and neurological balance
so crucial?
A: When the weight of the head is shifted
off center, the body becomes imbalanced to compensate
for the change. For numerous reasons, in an effort to
keep the head centered over the neck, the spine and
pelvis will twist, causing a shoulder and pelvic distortion
as well as a functional leg length shortening. Spinal
disturbances can restrict or distort the transmission
of messages to/from the brain so as to keep the body
functioning properly. The long term effect of being
untreated is a degeneration of that body part serviced
by these restricted messages, lowered resistance to
illness, organ dysfunction, loss of mobility in limbs
and degenerative arthritis of joints and soft tissue.

Q: What are the effects of restoring structural
and neurological balance?
A: Each one of our 100 billion active brain neurons stores information that is transmitted
to other cells and to all parts of the body by way of electrical and chemical impulses that
travel along our nervous system. These messages control all body functions.
Disturbances in the transmission of these brain messages to the body are the direct or
indirect cause many health problems. The treatment here is not a therapy, but a restorative
procedure.

Q: Why are radiographs before and after the correction
necessary?
A: No spinal correction can be made
until careful and precise radiographs are taken and
analyzed. The radiographs taken prior to the correction
allow the doctor to determine the direction in which
the vertebrae have shifted, tilted or rotated from the
normal position. The calculation formula in order to
determine how restoration should occur is done from
the Spinalytics® software (proprietary system utilizing
a digitization process which determines the customized
treatment protocol). After the corrections, radiographs
are necessary to determine the progress to date and
what further modification may need to be done to allow
future corrections.

Q: How do I know if treatment is required?
A: The KKT Doctor will do five specific tests to determine if your body requires treatment.
These tests can be carried out in a short period of time at the clinic. Even prior to
symptoms, every person should have the opportunity of being tested comprehensively to
ensure no unnecessary damage is incurred before treatment.
